Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, 200 Hour

Join Our Next Teacher Training

Howard Thurman said, “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
The River’s 200 hour Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training will create a space for participants to come alive. Trainees will find their voice, truth and freedom from fear. We will use yoga as a tool to heal, serve others, soften where we’ve become rigid and strengthen areas we may have forgotten. We will provide the skills and format to teach a vinyasa yoga class and share knowledge of yoga anatomy. Training will include service work and personal transformation to make a difference in peoples lives on and off the mat.

Katy’s Teaching Style: genuine, awake, intense, humor and solidarity.
Katy says teaching teachers is her favorite aspect within her career. Witnessing and helping teachers to develop, grow and chase down a dream is more rewarding than words can say.
