Trevor cook

Trevor has been personally practicing yoga for years and has certifications in both Vinyasa and Yin. He loves that the practice helps him connect with his body and tune into what he is feeling physically and emotionally. He enjoys that yoga encourages people to take space and time to introspect, to practice their breath, to self soothe in difficult moments, and to meet themselves with compassion in difficult sensations that the shapes can bring up in their body.

Trevor also loves to pay forward everything he has received from this practice by teaching. When Trevor isn’t teaching or practicing yoga, you can find him hanging out with his partner and their 3 sweet kitty boys, fostering kittens, playing dungeons and dragons, watching the Nuggets / Avalanche / Tottenham, reading, drinking tea, spending time outside, and playing video games.
