My journey led me to yoga over 20 years ago in a small hot yoga studio in Montgomery, AL. I am a Florida native who has fallen for the Colorado sun! I am a soulful 500 hr certified yoga instructor and I have enhanced my practice with deep stretch, meditation, hot vinyasa flow and trauma-sensitive practices.

Passionate about freedom and "healing vibrantly" my realness is how I connect and my superpower, "GRACE" is how I hold space liberally for others and deliberately for myself. Let's partner on your journey!
