Do you have a New Member Special?

Is there a description of your classes anywhere?

Sure thing. You can find that here or by clicking on each class on our schedule.

Do you have showers?

Yes, at all three studios

Do you have towels?

All three studios have face & bath towels for rent for non-members, and are complimentary to those on unlimited plans!

We do not have mat towels.

Do you offer hands-on adjustments during practice?

Yes, however, you have full authority to choose if you want adjustments throughout your practice or not. We provide consent chips at the beginning of each class for you to use to communicate this throughout your practice.

Do you offer mat rentals?

Yes! Mats are $3 for non-members and complimentary to all members on unlimited plans

 

Is there parking?

Parking varies at each studio. Please visit the page of the location you are visiting for parking information

What is the late cancellation policy?

  • If you need to update or cancel your booking, please remember to make any changes 5 hours before class start time according to our studio policy. If you cancel within the 5-hour window you will be charged a $20 late cancel fee.

  • If you need to update or cancel your booking, through ClassPass please remember to make any changes 12 hours before class, we are unable to cancel your class within our system due to ClassPass' system. Please reach out to ClassPass to dispute your late cancellation. 

    What is the no-show policy?

  • If you do not attend a class without prior notification, you'll be charged the full amount for the class.

  • If you need to update or cancel your booking, please remember to make any changes 5 hours before class start time according to our studio policy and ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation.

  • If you experience an emergency, contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 3 months by emailing hello@theriveryogadenver.com. You must email hello@theriveryogadenver.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing date of the month you wish to pause.

 

What if I need to cancel my membership?

No biggie. We will miss you and know you are always allowed to come back to your mat. You must email hello@theriveryogadenver.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to cancel your membership.

 

How do I activate my High Ride & FITC classes as a Metta Member?

High Ride Membership Instructions:

1. Create an account here

2. Add a credit card to your account under your "Payment Methods". 

3. Review the No-Show and Late Cancel Policies

4. Email proof of membership to hello@highridecycle.com to get your account set up! 

 

Fitness in the City Sign-Up Instructions:

1. Create an account here

2. Add a credit card to your account.  Accounts without credit cards on file will not be activated.  

3. Review the late-cancel and no-show policy via website or Mindbody.  

4. Email proof of membership to fitnessnthecity@gmail.com and we will activate your classes!
