Elaine Pages

Elaine Pagés (she/her) found yoga in 2011, during her Anesthesia residency in Miami, as a way to find a physical movement practice as well as an emotional/mental release. Although it started more as a physical practice, eventually it became her way of life and one of her biggest desires was to share it with others.

She completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in New Orleans (2018) as well as a 300-hour Yoga & Psychology teacher training with Ashley Turner (2022). She is also trained in Yin yoga and Deep Stretch & Meditation. Currently, she is immersing herself in a Bhakti Yoga as well as a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga teacher training. She enjoys teaching a well-balanced vinyasa class as well as slower formats such as Yin and Deep Stretch and Meditation.

You will experience breathwork, intelligent warm-ups, working controlled transitions, core work, a dharma talk, harmonium playing, chanting, and diverse music playlists.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Elaine is also working in ways to better serve the Denver Hispano community. With a history of childhood trauma and subsequent lifelong depression, she feels strongly about mental health awareness.

Off the mat, you can find her working as an Anesthesiologist, on walks with her two pups Max and Rocco, hiking, taking ballet class, or reading five books at the same time.
