EMILY HOWARD

Emily discovered yoga after retiring from competitive cheer and dance in college. She fell in love with the practice and its ability to change the way you see the world and yourself. Emily hopes to remind her students that we do have the power to make change within ourselves and the world through the work we do on our mat. She has a consistent pranayama (breathwork) and meditation practice at home that she incorporates into her teaching.

You can expect both calming and upbeat electronic music in the class playlist. Emily’s classes are mindful, energizing, restorative, and fun
