Kendall Ashmore
Kendall Ashmore (she/her) is originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota. Kendall found her practice after graduating from college and quickly fell in love with the practice. After losing a friend to suicide, she decided to officially join a studio. A few months later, she started her yoga teacher training and has been teaching ever since.
Kendall completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training in 2017 at CorePower Yoga in Fort Collins and her 300 Hour Teacher Training at The River Yoga in 2020. She is certified to teach Hot River Flow, Deep Stretch and Meditation, and Goddess Yoga International.
Because Kendall feels a deep connection to her Ancestors and the Universe, she tries her best to bring their deep, unconditional love and wisdom to every class she teaches. Kendall encourages her students to be curious about themselves, their body, and their intuition. She will remind you that your experience shapes your practice, and teach you to respect the path you have traveled. Kendall's classes will be challenged through creative sequencing and gently cooled down from the sound of crystal singing bowls.
When Kendall is not living and breathing yoga, you can find her on the dance floor, seeing live music with her best friends, or outside with her dog, Bode! Kendall loves to dance, create, and learn about health, wellness, and the yoga/fitness industry. Kendall’s dream is to open her own yoga studio/wellness market.
