Megan has been practicing yoga on and off for more than a decade, but she consistently returned to her mat after moving to Denver in 2018. After completing teacher training with The River, she was left with a need to share yoga with the world. Whether it’s sweating it out to a good beat or holding space for a tender moment, Megan is here for whatever you need.
She is happiest when she can show up authentically, quiet her mind and open her heart, and those are the spaces she seeks to create in her own classes.
