Rachel Wolf
Rachel Wolf (she/her) took her first yoga class at 15 after ten years as a competitive gymnast. Exploring strength and flexibility in a more mindful way drew her in, and she enjoyed practicing yoga throughout high school and college. At Penn State University while studying Psychology-Neuroscience and Human Development & Family Studies, she also took Yoga as a course where she was inspired to pursue teacher training.
After graduating and while working in a child psychology research lab, Rachel completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2016. Over the next two years, she taught volunteer classes at a youth group home and challenging flows at a gym, took a teaching hiatus to live in The Netherlands for grad school in Education and Child Studies, and moved to Denver! After nannying the best babies for two years, Rachel completed her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 and returned to teaching vinyasa yoga. She completed her 300hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, and Postpartum Doula Training and Body Ready Method Certification in 2022.
Rachel is now a full-time yoga instructor and postpartum doula. Helping people feel better in their bodies and lives fills her cup like nothing else. Her perinatal classes focus on mental, anatomical and physiological preparation for the transition into parenthood. In the vinyasa world, Rachel taps back into her childhood loves of getting upside down and bendy - these classes include challenging and unique sequences that invite a playful exploration of the asanas.
When not in the studio or a new family’s home, Rachel can be found cooking and sharing delicious plant-based meals with her friends and loved ones, and getting outside. Live music enthusiasts, Rachel and her partner Mark see their favorite bands as often as possible (simply cannot be listed - come to class to hear!).
