Sam Mock

A passionate and fiercely kind yoga instructor trained in Vinyasa yoga. Sam’s teaching style is rooted in compassion, enthusiasm, and love. Samantha welcomes all students to her classes. A lifelong learner, she is currently participating in the River Yoga 300 hr YTT.

Samantha teaches in service to others and is committed to making her students feel empowered and accepted. Samantha’s teaching style is approachable, accessible, and encouraging.

The River value I live by is inclusion and accessibility. I want to support all my students to feel successful no matter what kind of body they have because I truly, truly believe the River’s mantra that yoga is for everybody.
