ShAE HOYE
Shae Hoye is originally from Delaware and moved to Denver in 2021. She found her love for yoga in her early 20s after attending a class with her mother and instantly fell in love with the practice. After practicing for 10 years, Shae decided she wanted to teach the very practice that helped her in so many ways. She completed her 200-hour YTT at The River Yoga in 2023.
She is certified to teach Hot River Flow Deep Stretch and Meditation. Shae’s main goal is for her students to leave their worries at the door and feel rejuvenated after class. She creates a space where students can connect deeply to their breath, mind, body, and spirit. Shae encourages students to listen in and move with intuition.
Off of her mat, Shae loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs. She is very passionate about running and loves exploring new places and trails to run. Let her know your favorite spots! You can always find her with a good book and journal everywhere she goes!
