Trish Gaudin
Trish Saldana Gaudin (she/her) discovered yoga in the early 2000s. Although it didn’t come to her naturally nor did she fall in love with it quickly she kept going. Discovering different types of classes and learning from many many teachers she ultimately fell into a rhythm in Chicago in 2010. She and her family moved back to Denver in 2015 and = found The River a year later. She became a regular student at The River and fell in love when she signed up for The River's first Immersion program in 2019. That’s when she realized that yoga was more than just exercise and she wanted to deepen her practice even more.
Trish signed up for the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in January 2020 at the River. Realizing that 200 hours was just the tip of the iceberg she then completed The Rivers 300-Hour advanced teacher training program. As almost every yoga teacher knows, it doesn't stop there. Trish also completed The Deep Stretch and Meditation certification through The River and The 75 Hour Skill in Action; Yoga and Social Justice Program with Michelle Johnson. On top of teaching yoga, Trish recently received a Barre certification and enjoys teaching another modality.
Trish slowly builds her classes starting with slow grounding movements and builds them into heart-opening vinyasa flows. She encourages you to listen to your body and will offer variations of poses to meet your mind and body wherever you are. (Chutarungas are always optional)
When Trish isn’t teaching or taking yoga classes she is usually hanging out with her family and dog Thrasher. Together they love to eat, travel, listen to music, and generally just be together.
